According to her, since the inauguration of her husband, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and her assumption of office as the Mother of the Nation, Senator Oluremi Tinubu has continued to champion the cause of women’s welfare — not only in the FCT but across the entire country.

She noted that the First Lady has demonstrated deep commitment and passion for women’s empowerment through various initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and amplifying the voices of women in the nation’s capital like never before.

Expressing her profound gratitude, Hajiya Adiza appreciated the First Lady for sending a high-powered delegation, led by the wife of the Deputy Senate President, Hajiya Laila Barau Jibrin, to perform the commissioning ceremony on her behalf.

She further pledged the unwavering support and loyalty of the NCWS FCT Chapter to the First Lady and the Renewed Hope Administration led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Reiterating the council’s mission, Hajiya Adiza emphasized that the FCT Chapter of the NCWS will continue to serve as a rallying point for promoting women’s unity, gender equality, and empowerment across the nation’s capital.
