NIESV Kogi Branch Congratulates First Set of Fellows on Induction

The Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Kogi State Branch, ESV John O. Eniwaiye, MNIVS, has congratulated the first set of Fellows of the Institution from the Kogi State Branch on their successful induction into the prestigious Fellowship cadre.

ESV Eniwaiye, who spoke on behalf of the Executive Committee and the entire membership of the Branch, described the induction as a landmark achievement not only for the recipients but also for the growth and recognition of the profession in Kogi State.

The newly inducted Fellows are ESV Ekundayo Ayodele FNIVS – the pioneer Chairman of the Kogi State Branch, and ESV Zainab Obadaki, FNIVS – Permanent Secretary Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

In a congratulatory message made available to journalists, the Branch Chairman described their elevation as a well-deserved and lifetime recognition of their dedication, professionalism, and outstanding contributions to the noble profession of Estate Surveying and Valuation.

“Your dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned you this prestigious honour. This achievement represents the peak of professional integrity and service, and it stands as a testament to your years of hard work and sacrifice,” ESV Eniwaiye stated.

He added that the induction of the two members as Fellows has further strengthened the image and standing of the Kogi State Branch within the national body.

“This is a moment of pride for our Branch. Having our members attain the Fellowship status reinforces our collective resolve to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in the practice of Estate Surveying and Valuation,” he said.

The Branch Chairman further expressed confidence that the newly inducted Fellows would continue to provide purposeful leadership, mentorship, and innovative ideas that would positively shape the future of the profession in Kogi State and beyond.

“We are confident that you will continue to serve as worthy ambassadors of the profession, offering mentorship to younger practitioners and contributing meaningfully to policy formulation and professional development,” he noted.

ESV Eniwaiye wished the Fellows continued success and fulfilment as they assume greater responsibilities within the Institution, while praying that their elevation would usher in renewed opportunities, lasting joy, and greater accomplishments in their professional endeavours.
