PR Strategist, Oshaloto, Congratulates Olorunsola on Appointment as Aradel Holdings Chairman

A policy communications consultant and former Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Kogi State, Mr. Oshaloto J. Tade, has congratulated Mr. Osten Olorunsola on his recent appointment as the Chairman of the Board of Aradel Holdings.
Mr. Olorunsola, a Kogite, was appointed as Interim Chairman of the integrated energy company effective July 9, 2025, following the retirement of Mr. Ladi Jadesimi after the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting held on May 28, 2025.
In a statement issued on Monday, Mr. Tade described Olorunsola’s elevation as “well-earned and nationally significant,” praising the veteran’s “depth of expertise, decades-long leadership, and a track record of distinction in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.”
Mr. Olorunsola brings to the role over 40 years of experience spanning petroleum policy, legislation, regulation, field development, and commercial operations. He previously served as Director of the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and held various technical and leadership positions within Shell Petroleum Development Company. He sits on the Board of several other upward looking companies.

Mr. Tade, who was a senior aide on Security, Grassroots Sensitization and Mobilization in Kogi State, expressed confidence in the new Chairman’s ability to steer Aradel Holdings into a new era of innovation and corporate responsibility, and a possibile replication of same in Kogi’s budding energy landscape.
