Prof. Usman: A Leader Loved by Patriots, Disliked by Sycophants

In a time when leadership is often driven by self-interest and personal gain, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman stands out as a symbol of hope. While some try to undermine him, his dedication to the greater good earns him the admiration of those who value integrity, courage and selflessness.

His leadership, built on strong principles and unwavering conviction, continues to inspire countless individuals to stand up for what is right, even in difficult times.

To patriots, Prof. Usman is a hero—a champion of justice and equality who fights for the rights of all. His sincerity and commitment to unity break barriers, earning him the deep respect of those who value fairness and integrity.

However, to sycophants, he is a threat. He refuses to compromise his values for personal gain or power, standing firmly against those who put their selfish ambitions above the common good. In response, they attempt to discredit him and damage his reputation.

Despite their efforts, Prof. Usman remains a powerful figure of hope and inspiration. His leadership, rooted in honesty and conviction, continues to shine, proving that true leadership is about service, not personal gain.

His legacy endures, standing as a proof to the power of courage, integrity and selflessness.

He remains a leader who never wavers in his principles and never breaks any trust placed in him. It is no surprise that in July 2024, His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, renewed Professor Usman’s appointment as Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, effective from 12th February 2025

With Prof. Usman, we remain hopeful for a brighter future, as he stays focused on bringing progress and positive change to Kogi State.
