PRESS RELEASE
PVC COLLECTION: CCM KOGI STATE URGES CITIZENS TO COLLECT THEIR PERMANENT VOTER CARDS
The Citizens for Continuity Movement (CCM), Kogi State Chapter, under the leadership of the State Chairman, Comrade Edison Atumeyi Edime, wishes to call on all registered voters across Kogi State to take the collection of their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) seriously.
Following the conclusion of the Continuous Voter Registration exercise, all citizens who recently registered, transferred their voting locations, applied for replacement of lost or damaged PVCs, or made corrections are encouraged to visit their designated INEC offices to confirm their status and collect their PVCs.
The PVC remains an important instrument for citizens to participate in the electoral process. We therefore urge every eligible voter to collect their PVC, keep it safe, and ensure that their voter information is properly verified ahead of future elections.
CCM Kogi State also encourages citizens to remain peaceful, law-abiding and actively involved in the democratic process. Every eligible voter has the right to make an informed political choice and exercise that right through the ballot.
As an organisation committed to democratic participation and continuity, CCM Kogi State recognizes the importance of citizens engaging with the programmes and policies of the government and making their choices at the appropriate time.
We therefore call on all supporters of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to remain committed to peaceful democratic participation and prepare to exercise their constitutional right at the forthcoming elections.
NO PVC, NO VOTE!
Let us collect our PVCs, protect our votes and participate responsibly in the democratic process.
Long Live CCM!
Long Live Kogi State!
Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
Signed:
Comrade Edison Atumeyi Edime
State Chairman
Citizens for Continuity Movement (CCM), Kogi State
