Shonga Community Maize Farmers Commends Gov, AbdulRazaq Agric Inputs Intervention In Kwara

Farmers in Shonga community, in Edu local government area of Kwara state have expressed appreciation to governor,AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for granting them agric inputs intervention to boast food production in the state.
In a statement the Maize farmers contact community leader, Muhammad Mohammed pogi said the introduction of “Kwara state 2026 wet season special Maize intervention to communities affected by banditry and natural disaster” for clustered community Maize farmers is a commendable effort.
According to him the invaluable support of His Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq which is aimed at ensuring food sufficiency at this period is a good initiative in the right direction.

Mohammed pogi also commended the honourable commissioner for livestock development who doubled as the supervising commissioner for ministry of agriculture and rural development for her resilience in ensuring that the intervention gets to genuine farmers at the right time.
He explained that the high quality golden Fertiliser,chemicals and maize seedlings recently distributed will make a significant impact in the life of the farmers.
The farmers contact community leader, thanked His Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his positive response to the yearnings and aspirations of farmers in the state.
Mohammed pogi assured the state government of the continued support of Maize farmers to government policies and programmes to ensure their success.
