Program to I am honored to stand before you today as the Special Adviser to His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, Executive Governor of Kogi State, to celebrate this year’s Democracy Day. Our gathering today is a testament to the power of democracy and the resilience of our great nation.

The theme “Renewed Hope Agenda: Celebrating President Bola Tinubu’s Unprecedented Achievements and Consolidation of Democracy” resonates deeply with us in Kogi State. We acknowledge the remarkable strides President Tinubu has taken to strengthen our democracy and improve the lives of Nigerians.

I want to express our heartfelt appreciation to President Bola Tinubu for his unwavering support to our Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo. Mr. President’s commitment to democracy and the well-being of Nigerians is evident in his tireless efforts to strengthen our nation.

In Kogi State, we have witnessed the positive impact of President Tinubu’s leadership. His support has been instrumental in our Governor’s achievements, including:

– The successful rescue of kidnapped students from Kogi State University of Science and Technology, Osara
– The payment of gratuity and pension to our esteemed pensioners
– Various infrastructure developments and empowerment programs for our youths

These accomplishments demonstrate the power of collaboration and the President’s dedication to the progress of our state and nation.

We thank President Tinubu for his unwavering belief in our Governor’s vision and his commitment to democracy. We also appreciate our Governor’s tireless efforts to improve the lives of Kogi State citizens.
