Supreme Court judgement:Amb. Gabriel Abinu congratulates Gov. Ododo

A Former Nigeria national tennis player and international tennis coach Amb. Gabriel Abinu has congratulate Kogi state governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his electoral victory at the supreme Court.

The young Philanthropist who is based in Oman in a statement issued to journalists on Saturday described the verdict of the apex as victory for democracy and the entire People of Kogi State and Nigeria in general.

Amb. Abinu expressed confidence in the policies of Governor Ododo since he took over the mantle of leadership in Kogi State stressing that his achievement in the last eight months is unprecedented.

The Philanthropist, however, admonished the people of Kogi State to rally round the Governor for him to succeed, adding that the present administration will take the State to the promise land.

“The Supreme Court judgment affirming your election victory gives you an opportunity to settle down to serve your people and fulfil their aspirations without any distraction.

“The people have already reposed their confidence in you and are looking up to you for the dividends of democracy” he added.

He urged aggrived parties in the State to put aside politics and work with the Governor to deliver true dividend of democracy to the People of Kogi State.
