Toyin Omole Picks APC Nomination Form, Set to Contest Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu House of Reps Seat
Abuja, Nigeria – Chief (Mrs) Toyin Omole, a prominent aspirant for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu House of Representatives, has obtained her nomination and expression of interest form to contest the seat.
The development follows a meeting with Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo of Kogi State, where Omole expressed her intention to run for the position.
Omole, who recently served as the chairlady of the 2025 Ekinrin-Adde Day cultural celebration, and holds the Honorary Chieftancy title of Yeye Olubewaji of Ekinrin-Adde land, is determined to represent her community in the National Assembly. “What a woman of courage and conviction,” a supporter tweeted, praising Omole’s bold move.
