WHY EKITI STATE NEEDS CONGRESSMAN BIMBO DARAMOLA IN THE 11TH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY (NASS) – Oye/Ikole Federal Constituency

A few days ago in Abuja, I met some returning members of the National Assembly who spoke highly of Congressman Bimbo Daramola and expressed great anticipation for his return to the NASS. They described him as a respected legislator with proven competence, agility, and an impressive record of achievement. According to them, his return to the 11th Assembly would be a tremendous asset, not only to Ekiti State but to the nation at large. Their remarks reflect the widespread respect and credibility he commands beyond Ekiti State and across political divides. As I reflected on those conversations, I sincerely hoped that stakeholders of the APC in Ekiti State would hear and appreciate this strong vote of confidence.

Congressman Bimbo Daramola has consistently demonstrated loyalty, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the APC, Ekiti State, and the people of Oye/Ikole Federal Constituency. If the choice of who should represent our great party is to be based on competence, experience, and years of sacrifice, then his contributions cannot be overlooked. With him, Ekiti State stands a strong chance of producing a principal officer in the 11th Assembly.

Through the “ABOMIRE 1, 2 & 3” initiatives, he positively impacted countless lives. During the opposition era between 2017 and 2018, he kept the spirit of the APC alive in Ekiti State by mobilizing and sponsoring over 2,000 free UTME registrations for students across all 177 wards and communities, including opportunities for persons living with disabilities. The positive effects of those interventions remain evident today in the lives of many young beneficiaries.

The choice of Bimbo Daramola goes beyond politics; it is about effective representation, strategic influence, and genuine grassroots connection. Oye/Ikole deserves tested leadership, proven service, and a voice that commands national respect. That voice is Congressman Bimbo Daramola.
