8B Infrastructure at Kabba University, Student Bursery: Governor Ododo is a trailblazer- Reps Salman.
Hon. Salman Idris, the member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency, has expressed heartfelt gratitude to Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for the massive infrastructure development at his constituency especially at Kogi State University, Kabba. The governor’s approval of N8 billion for construction projects, including a Senate building, faculty of science, and male and female hostels, has earned him praise from Hon. Idris.
Hon. Idris’s appreciation also extends to the governor’s commitment to student welfare, particularly the approval of N316 million for bursary allocation to 8,750 students in the first phase and N300,000 per student for 201 law students, totaling N60.3 million. This gesture demonstrates the governor’s dedication to education and the well-being of Kogi State citizens as it will take a lot of pressure off parents shoulder at this challenging period.
