Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusoji to Receive Special Recognition Award

The Chairman of Grosvenor Global Services Limited, an Oil, Gas, and Mining Company based in Otokutu, Delta, with an office in Lagos, and founder of Prince Olatunji Olusoji Foundation (PROOF), Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusoji, is set to receive a Special Recognition Award for his humanitarian services.
The award is being presented by Democracy Newsline Newspaper.

According to Chief Olugbemi Femi, Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of Michabifem Ventures Limited, the publisher of Democracy Newsline Newspaper, the award is based on the reports of a dedicated team of experts who conducted an opinion poll recommending Prince Olatunji for the special honor.
The prestigious award will be presented during the 15th Public Lecture and Award Ceremony scheduled to hold on August 26, 2025, at the Banquet Hall, National Merit House, Maitama, Abuja.
He said the program will commence with a red carpet at 5 pm, followed by the main event at 6 pm, and a dinner program.
The theme of the event is “The Role of Independent Media Organizations in Promoting Participatory Democracy and Good Governance in Nigeria.” The event will feature guest speakers and key stakeholders from various sectors.
Additionally, the occasion will be used to launch a ₦100 million fund for the procurement of podcast studio equipment and the establishment of Democracy Newsline Newspaper Online Television.
