The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Hon. Francis Obule, has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday, describing him as a leader whose greatest contribution to Delta State is the restoration of hope and confidence in the promise of a greater and more prosperous future for all Deltans.

In his goodwill message, Hon. Obule stated that Governor Oborevwori’s leadership has rekindled the aspirations of many citizens who yearn for a government that listens, cares, and delivers.
