AT 70, MELEFA STANDS TALL AS A STATESMAN AND A LEADER — Omodara.
The State Security Adviser to Kogi State Government, Commander Jerry Omodara (rtd), has paid a glowing tribute to a Former Commissioner for Education in Kogi State, Chief David Femi Melefa as he celebrates his 70th birthday.
According to a congratulatory message by the spokesman to the State Security Adviser, Mr Charles Olukunle, he described the septuagenarian as a statesman and a leader who has continues to inspire others in all age brackets across Nigeria.
Jerry Omodara, noted that the exceptional political career and service of Melefa, has inspired so many people and has produced many successful leaders in the country.
He added that the Former Commissioner is an icon, bridge builder, and patriotic elder statesman who believes in the development and unity of Bunuland, Okun Nation, and Kogi State at large.
Omodara prayed that as he clocked 70years on earth, the Almighty God would continue to keep him in sound health to continue to contribute to the development of the state.
