Keynote speakers emphasized the importance of peace communication in Nigeria’s current landscape. Joshua Olufemi, CEO of Dataphyte, highlighted the organization’s mission to promote access to information for socio-economic development.

Adijat Kareem, the facilitator, stressed that peace communication is crucial in combating misinformation and divisive narratives.

The Director-General of the National Broadcasting Commission, Charles Ebuebu, praised Dataphyte for empowering grassroots media, noting that peacebuilding begins at the local level.
