Dr. Josiah Dangut Becomes Patron of Boys’ Brigade Nigeria
“A Golden Fish Has No Hiding Place”

Dr. Josiah Dangut, an educationist of repute and an administrator par excellence, has been invested as a Patron of the Boys’ Brigade Nigeria.
Speaking to newsmen in Jos during his investiture, Dr. Dangut expressed appreciation for the honour, describing it as a source of encouragement and a challenge to render greater service to humanity.

“I feel so glad, encouraged and challenged for greater service because to whom much is given, much is expected. I know that with the God whom we serve, we will be able to achieve more,” he said.
Dr. Dangut said he was particularly grateful to God for counting him worthy to serve in His vineyard.
The educationist, who is the Head of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) in Nigeria and has been appointed to head the West African office in Accra, Ghana, dedicated the appointment to God Almighty.
He pledged to continue giving his best in the service of humanity, describing the new responsibility as another opportunity for greater service and an onerous task.
“In the service to humanity, I will always do my best, and the best is what has played out. It is another greater service and an onerous task to humanity. Formerly, I was serving the Nigerian child, but now I will be serving the entire West Africa,” he stated.
Dr. Dangut expressed optimism that his new responsibility would enable him to contribute even more significantly to the development of education and the advancement of young people across the West African sub-region.
