Dr. Ogbo Joins IG/OF Critical Stakeholders Roadwalk for Ododo/Oyibo In Ajaka

…charges electorate to disregard parochial ‘Agendaists

A formidable team under the aegis of IG/OF critical stakeholders for renewed hope has today, Thursday staged one million-man match in support of the governorship bid of Ododo/Oyibo of All Progressives Congress (APC).

The roadwalk which held at Ajaka, Igala Mela Odolu Local Government had in attendance, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry Of Local Government And Chieftaincy Affairs, Haiiya Habiba Jatto, Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja Dr. Salisu Ogbo Usman, Igala Mela Odolu Local Government Chairman, Hon. Onoja James omachonu (Kross) and several other APC chieftains of the eastern extraction.

While addressing the excited supporters of the APC, the Igala Mela Odolu Local chairman who doubles as convener IG/OF Critical Stakeholders, Hon Onoja James Omachonu (Kross) emphasized that the only sellable candidate amongst several others jostling for the governorship seat of Kogi State is Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman.

He expressed confidence in the ability of Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and his Deputy, Joel Oyibo Salifu to bring the much-anticipated consolidation on the gains of his party’s administration in Kogi State in the past 7 years years. He added that political party is just a moving vehicle just as he quoted that the aggrieved ‘agendaists’ are selfishly clothed.

Dr. Salisu Ogbo Usman who joined in the roadwalk expressed unreserved appreciation to Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for finding the youths and women useful and resourceful in his administration.

He assured that the incoming government of Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman would continue to ensure all inclusivity just as he charged the good people of Igala Mela Odolu Local Government to disregard regressive sentiments of those whose mission would lead to retrenchment of civil servant in the state.

He reiterated that as against the promotion of selfish and regressive agenda in some quarters, Alhaji Ododo’s mandate would be a reflection of the greatest majority of Kogi State.

Highlights of the event captured the overwhelming endorsement of the candidacy of Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and Joel Oyibo Salifu for the November 11th governorship election, while other various speakers who speaks in turns at the event charged the people of Igala Mela Odolu Local Government to engage in grassroot sensitization ahead of the election.
