Group Calls On Ex. Gov. Bello to Institute Criminal Charges Against Mr. Ijele
Former Gov. Yahaya Bello has been asked to institute criminal charges against one Mr. I. D Ijele, with the Online Media Director of the SDP described as a man still suffering from the merciless beaten his party received in the last Kogi Governorship election.
Yakubu Sanda Yakubu, spokesman, Lokoja Renaissance, made the call in a statement following what he described as the stupidity of Mr. Ijele, living in ignorance in his statement titled Airport Alert.
The group described Mr. Ijele as one major actor that overheated the polity in the last Governorship election, was the brain behind ethnic agenda.
While pointing out that the recent unintelligent outburst of Ijele that has proven that he is rabble rouser, described his unsubstantiated allegations against the former Governor as one that exposed him to the world that he really needs a medical attention.
The group described the former Governor as living comfortably in his Abuja residence after successfully handing over, described as vague, the allegations of the plans to escape as another low of Mr. Ijele.
The group called on former Gov. Bello to seek the arrest and prosecution of Mr. Ijele for what they term character defamation, insisting that he like he brazenly overheated the polity during the last election, he is repeating same with his utterances
” We make bold to state that former Governor Yahaya Bello is freely moving the streets in Abuja having successfully handed over”.
” We call on the former Governor to arrest Mr. Ijele. This will enable him prove his allegations and his sponsors who are his sources “.
” We are also calling on the security agencies to call the said Mr. Ijele to help them out as he claim to have information that they the security agencies don’t have “.
While calling on citizens of the State to disregard the statement of Mr. Ijele, concluded by saying it is becoming obvious that he has not woken up from his sleep after the defeat his party suffered in the last Governorship election.
