Hon. Leke Abejide Attended Isanlu Day 2025, Promises To Support Isanlu Ultra Modern Palace With 100M.

The historic event of Isanlu day 2025, the people of Isanlu community and environs hosted the Isanlu community day, an event designed to unite the sons and daughters of Isanlu community both at home and in the diaspora to celebrate the unique cultural heritage of Isanlu people.

Hon. Leke Abejide attended the 2025 Isanlu cultural day on behalf of his beautiful wife to represent Chief Mrs Esther Abejide the Chairperson of the day.

The event was a vibrant display of music, cultural performances, exhibitions and the Isanlu culturalattire. A highlight of the day was the officila commissioning of the Isanlu Townhall township road by Hon. Leke Abejide and his promise to support the building of Isanlu Ultra Modern Palace with a sum of One Hundred Million Naira 100M.

In his address during the 2025 Isanlu day, Hon. Leke recognised all the dignitaries,saying he is an indigene of Isanlu because his beautiful wife is from Isanlu community and he has always contributed to the development of the community.

“When I came to Isanlu, sometime around December 2024, I realised the road to the townhall was in a bad state, realising that this is where we always gather for the yearly celebration of Isanlu day, I promised to take up the road construction and today we have constructed the road and asphalt overlay, we have commissioned the road. As well, we went to Makutu to flag off Kajola-Obada market road, the construction is ongoing and this year we will also commission the road with asphalt overlayed. Also the Itedo- Irunda road will be flagged off with drainage on both sides.

“My wife who is your daughter is the Chairlady today and she is unavoidably absent, I have come to represent her, she promised to support the community with a sum of 5M Naira and I will also like to support her with 5M, this is  to further strengthen community ties and promote development initiatives.

Hon. Leke Abejide, promised that as soon as the Isanlu community officially starts the building of Isanlu Ultra Modern Palace he will support the project with a sum of 100M Naira.

During the momentous occasion of Isanlu day 2025, Hon. Leke Abejide congratulates HRM Oba Moses Etombi,  IPU and all the sons and daughters of Isanlu as they  celebrate an everlasting heritage, unity, and progress, showcasing the rich culture of Isanlu community to all who attend.
