Hon. Wemi Jones, FCIB lauded for his transformative contributions by The OLU ELEA OF EDUMO KINGDOM

Hon. Wemi Jones, FCIB, Honorable Commissioner for Education, was honored in a special visit at his country home in Ayede-Bunu by The OLU ELEA OF EDUMO KINGDOM, HRH.VICTOR O IBINARE.

The Monarch’s visit to the Honorable Commissioner’s residence was a gesture of appreciation for his unwavering support and contributions to the community.

Over the weekend, amidst his political engagements, Hon. Wemi Jones found time to interact with the grassroots, connecting with the people at the heart of governance. It was during this time that The OLU ELEA OF EDUMO KINGDOM chose to visit him, recognizing the Commissioner’s dedication to impacting lives under the leadership of both the former and current Governors of Kogi State.

During their meeting, the Monarch expressed gratitude for the Honorable Commissioner’s humanitarian efforts and highlighted his instrumental role in the donation of a new transformer to the Edumo Community. The Monarch emphasized that the community’s progress was significantly attributed to the Commissioner’s support, underscoring the importance of such contributions to the region.

In response, Hon. Wemi Jones humbly accepted the appreciation and reassured the Monarch of His Excellency’s commitment to the all-round development of Kogi State. He urged continued support for the administration of Governor Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, emphasizing the collective effort required to drive progress in the state.
