Just In: Disregard any information or news that did not come directly from me – Sen. Adeyemi

Senator Smart Adeyemi has warned his political associates, fans not to speak on his behalf either on social media platforms, social gathering or with newsmen.

He disclosed this in a message signed by his Personal Assistant, Kayode Olorunmotito and made available to newsmen in Lokoja.

According to him, the Senator also warned the general public to disregard any news or information that does not emanates from him directly.

Adeyemi said he’s not in any political battle with anyone and as such, people should stop making insinuation, as he is capable of fighting his own course if and when the need arises; especially when it is with genuine reasons that has to do with the good quality standard of living of the common Man.

He said political campaigns are over and politics is all about good governance and social economic developments of the society and that everybody is expected to give adequate supports at all levels for those who have been elected to succeed in their various political offices at all levels.

Sen. Smart said he will not hesitate to denounce any statement or write up that he is not directly quoted, concluding that he is capable to address the media and making his position known any day anytime and anywhere the need arises; therefore warned against any wrong insinuation and projection in the media.
