The Project Coordinator of Kogi AGILE, Dr. Abdulhakeem Bello expressed his gratitude to the partners, stakeholders and supporters, who have championed the cause of gender equality and women’s empowerment in Kogi State. He emphasized the pivotal role of education in equipping girls with the knowledge, skills and confidence to pursue their dreams and aspirations.

As Kogi AGILE commemorates International Women’s Day, the initiative calls upon all stakeholders to redouble their efforts in breaking down barriers, challenging stereotypes and fostering a culture of equality and inclusion.

By investing in the education and empowerment of adolescent girls, he said, Kogi State can unlock the full potentials of its young population and build a brighter and more prosperous future for all.
