KOGI AUDITOR GENERAL WINS PRESTIGIOUS LEADERSHIP AWARD, 2025

Kogi State’s Auditor General for Local Government, Hon. Yakubu Siyaka Adabenege, has been honored with the Democracy Newsline Newspaper Exemplary Leadership Award 2025 for his outstanding contributions to Kogi State’s development and commitment to good governance.
Receiving the award in Lokoja, Adabenege humbly stated that he felt he hadn’t done anything worthy of recognition, describing himself as an “errand boy” running errands for the administration.
