Kogi State University, Kabba; Okun Votes for APC inevitable – Bar. Bello
A chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress and former member of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Barrister Alfred Bello has said that Governor Yahaya Bello have proved his worth and made real his promise of giving Okun land a state owned University with the approval of the Nigeria Universities Commission today for the Kogi State University, Kabba to operate as a full fledged university in Nigeria.
He said the entire people of Okunland and those yet unborn will never forget the kind gesture by the Governor, noting that the people will reciprocate at the appropriate time because the people do know how to appreciate.
“I thank the Governor for making me proud and I have no regret that I joined APC at this time and my relationship with the Governor Alh Yahaya Bello has brought good thing to my community”

He noted that With the NUC approval Kogi State University, Kabba have finally come to stay.
