NIESV Kogi State Chairman Celebrates ESV Rotimi Olugbenga Collins, Hails His Dedication and Philanthropy
The Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Kogi State Branch, ESV John Eniwaiye, has joined colleagues, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate a distinguished professional, philanthropist, and community builder, ESV Rotimi Olugbenga Collins, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message, ESV Eniwaiye — who is also the Principal Partner of John Eniwaiye & Co. (JEC), a reputable estate surveying, valuation, and auctioneering firm headquartered in Lokoja — extolled the virtues of the celebrant, describing him as a “visionary leader, technocrat, and a committed humanitarian whose contributions have touched countless lives.”
“ESV Rotimi is not just a senior partner at Rotimi Olu & Co. and founder/CEO of Ona-Ara Humanitarian Foundation (Ona-Ara Movement Worldwide); he is a beacon of hope for many. His unwavering commitment to human capacity development, youth empowerment, and community progress continues to inspire younger professionals across the state,” ESV Eniwaiye stated.
He further praised ESV Rotimi for his consistent support of the profession and the institution in Kogi State.
“Your encouragement and advisory roles remain second to none. You do not wait for the Branch to call for help before stepping in. Your selfless service, dedication, and generosity have motivated many of our young surveyors to work harder and believe in a brighter future,” he added.
Describing the celebrant as “a disciplinarian, a goal-getter, and a man of integrity who believes in the progress of all,” ESV Eniwaiye noted that ESV Rotimi’s influence has gone beyond the institution to benefit the entire state.
He prayed for continued blessings upon the life of the celebrant, saying:
“As you mark another year of life, I pray that God grants you more grace, wisdom, good health, strength, and open doors to continue the good work you have begun. May this new age bring you divine blessings, peace, prosperity, and long life.”
Other members of the branch also joined in sending their heartfelt wishes.
“ESV Rotimi has shown what true leadership and generosity look like. His decision to champion greater visibility for the branch will not only bring relief but will reposition our members at the national level,” a senior member of NIESV remarked.
Another member said: “He is a real estate guru and a mentor to many of us. His contributions are building a legacy that will inspire generations to come.”
The Chairman concluded his message by expressing gratitude on behalf of the entire NIESV Kogi State Branch: “Thank you for your selfless service and for always being a pillar of support to the Branch. We hope other ESVs in the diaspora will emulate the generosity and dedication you have demonstrated.”
“Once again, the NIESV Kogi State Branch congratulates ESV Rotimi Olugbenga Collins and wishes him a happy birthday filled with joy, fulfillment, and lasting impact”.
