NUC Official Felicitates AAT University Acting Vice Chancellor, Offers Prayers for a Successful Tenure

An official of the National Universities Commission (NUC), Mr. Muhammad Akawu Danrangi, has extended his congratulations to the newly appointed Acting Vice Chancellor of AbdulRazaq Abubakar Toyin University, Oke Ogba Ganmo in Kwara State. In a heartfelt message, he described the appointment as a divine favour and a much-needed intervention at a time when the Nigerian university system is in dire need of visionary and principled leadership.

Mr. Danrangi, who serves in the Directorate of Accreditation at the NUC headquarters in Abuja, in a Statement noted that the appointment is both timely and well-deserved. He expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for granting the university a leader with a proven track record of service and academic excellence, describing the development as a source of joy for all stakeholders in the higher education sector.

He prayed for the continuous joy and peace of the new acting Vice Chancellor, asking Allah to protect and grant him endless Wisdom and Knowledge to steer the University to greater heights. Mr. Danrangi also invoked divine mercy and kindness upon the appointee’s household, stating that the university community would greatly benefit from the leadership of someone with such spiritual grounding and moral clarity.

Speaking further, Mr. Danrangi emphasized that the acting Vice Chancellor’s vast professional experience, previous appointments, and consistent dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to AAT University, expressing confidence that staff and students alike would find inspiration under his leadership and view his appointment as a step in the right direction for the institution’s growth.

“As someone who has followed your academic journey and leadership achievements, I am confident that AAT University is blessed to have you at this critical moment,” he stated. He encouraged the acting new Vice Chancellor to bring his characteristic integrity, wisdom, and sincerity to bear in his role as the university’s acting Chief Executive.

In concluding his message, Mr. Danrangi offered special prayers to Allah, invoking His names—Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, Ya Zal Jalali Wal Ikram—to guide, protect, and bless the new acting helmsman as he steers the university toward greatness.
