Olugbemi Celebrates an Outstanding Spokesperson of Kogi State, Evangelist Kingsley Femi Fanwo on his 47th birthday anniversary

Olugbemi, in a message he signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, described Fanwo as an outstanding writer and administrator par excellence who has remained focused on his assignment ever since he was appointed by Governor Yahaya Bello.
Olugbemi noted the zeal with which the Honorable Commissioner is using to carry out his job diligently to the admiration of the general public, stressing that it is not surprising he has been able to weather the storms over the years, and
