ONE YEAR OF REMARKABLE IMPACTS: FORUM OF KOGI AIDES TO PRINCIPAL OFFICERS OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY EULOGIES THE CHIEF SERVANT OF KOGI STATE, HE GOV. AHMED USMAN ODODO ON HIS ONE YEAR IN OFFICE.
The Forum of Kogi Legislative Aides To Principal Officers of National Assembly congratulates the Chief Servant of Kogi State, HE Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo, on his attainment of one year in office as the Executive Governor.
The Forum notes that the emergence of Gov Ododo turned out to be prayer answered particularly for Civil Servants who’s lives and career has been bettered through timely and 100% payment of salaries, several other gestures as well as being the first State to enjoy the implementation of the new Minimum Wage as approved by the Federal Government.
Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo has distinguished himself in road infrastructures as can be attested to in Lokoja, the State Capital and across the three Senatorial Districts of Kogi State.
His undiluted commitment to building on the good legacies of the architect of a new Kogi, the white lion himself, Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello, has been remarkable. His loyalty to the party and his predecessor is enormously inspiring.
Under the Chief Servant, education in Kogi State has taken a new and futuristic dimension in terms of total overhauling of infrastructures, payments of WAEC/NECO and JAMB registration, implementation and upgrading of scholarships to students of Kogi State in tertiary Institutions across Nigeria, enlargement of academic scope of the tertiary Institutions through full accreditation for several new courses and academic programmes.
The impacts of Ododo administration is reflected across all spheres of Kogi political and socioeconomic landscape, the thousands of party members are now part of government through the Ward and Local Government Special Adviser initiative, filling the gap between the government and the people.
The Forum notes the giant strides of Governor Ododo in making security of live and properties a top priority. The total overhauling of Kogi security infrastructures and strategies is worthy of commendation, turning the heat on criminals back to back across the state.
In the last one year, Alh Ododo has surpassed all expectations and our Forum is proud to have been part of the making of his government through the support of our members across the state during the elections, we therefore identify with all the achievement so far recorded with optimism that with Ododo, Kogi State will witness total transformation.
