Senator Karimi Donates N10m to Olu of Oworo’s Central Palace Project, Says he will continue to desperately speak for his people.

Senator Sunday Steve Karimi, representing Kogi West Senatorial District and Chairman of the Senate Services, has donated N10 million to support the construction of a central palace for the Olu of Oworo in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State.
The donation was made during the launching and fundraising event for the N120 million project in Agbaja town.
Senator Karimi, who was represented by the Lokoja Council Chairman, encouraged the people to utilize the funds raised judiciously.
In a telephone conversation with our editor, Senator Karimi who is currently out of the country promised to continue speaking boldly for the people of Kogi West Senatorial District, regardless of the challenges.
“I will continue to desperately speak and work for the people of Kogi West Senatorial District, no matter the circumstances. No one can compel me to keep quiet, but I will continue to speak boldly for my people.”
He emphasized the importance of traditional institutions in maintaining peace and tranquility, particularly during times of insecurity.
The Senator also commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s administration for its efforts in addressing the nation’s challenges and urged sustained support for the APC.
He described the recent tax reform bill as commendable, noting that it will help check multiple taxations and protect the poor.
Senator Karimi assured the people of Kogi West of his continued support and effective representation, announcing plans to disburse N300 million in scholarships to students across the three senatorial districts of the state.
He expressed appreciation for the ongoing construction of the Kabba-Ilorin Road and promised to continue supporting the project.
