Senator Karimi Mourns Former Kogi Governor Ibrahim Idris

Senator Sunday Karimi, representing Kogi West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has expressed deep sadness over the death of former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris.
Karimi, in a condolence message, described the passing of the former governor as a painful loss to his family, the government and people of Kogi State.
The Senator extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, praying Almighty Allah to grant them the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

He also commiserated with the government and people of Kogi State, noting that the death of a former governor who served the state was a significant moment for the people and residents of the state.
Senator Karimi acknowledged the contributions of Alhaji Ibrahim Idris to the development of Kogi State during his years of service, saying his passing would be felt by many who had interacted with him in the course of his public service.
He prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the late former governor, reward his good deeds and grant him eternal rest.
The Senator urged the family, friends and associates of the deceased to take solace in the memories of his life and service to the people.
He further prayed that Almighty Allah would grant the people of Kogi State the grace to bear the loss and preserve the legacies of those who served the state with dedication.
Senator Karimi once again expressed his condolences to the Idris family, the Kogi State Government and the entire people of Kogi State over the passing of the former governor.
