Akin Fanodun – Kabba

The entire members and supporters of Team Yomikola express profound gratitude to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for finding our leader, mentor, and political pathfinder, Rt. The team also acknowledged the role of the Secretary to the state Government, Mrs Folashade Arike Ayoade, other top government functionaries, individuals and groups for their warm enthusiasm on the appointment.

This gesture is not only a recognition of Rt. Hon. Kolawole’s unwavering dedication to public service, but also a clear testament to Governor Ododo’s trust in experience, capacity, and loyalty to progressive governance.

It reflects the Governor’s inclusive and strategic leadership style one that embraces both seasoned and emerging leaders in driving the state forward.

To us in Team Yomikola, this appointment is a collective victory, a signal that our journey and sacrifices have not been in vain.

Rt. Hon. Yomikola remains a towering symbol of resilience, vision, and grassroots connection across Kabba/Bunu-Ijumu Federal Constituency and Kogi State at large.

We equally extend our appreciation to the good people of Kabba/Bunu-Ijumu Federal Constituency, political associates, and all well-wishers who have continued to support our leader over the years.

Let it be known that Team Yomikola is more than ready ready to consolidate on past achievements, ready to lead from the front, and fully prepared to offer transformative representation in 2027 and beyond.

Once again, we thank Governor Ododo for his confidence in our leader. We assure him of our continued loyalty, service, and commitment to the New Direction agenda.
