THE PROF. IBRAHIM ERA AT KOSCE(T), MOPA: A YEAR OF GROWTH AND GLORY

As a member of the academic community of Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, I am proud and delighted to extend my warmest congratulations to my highly resourceful Prof. M. K. Ibrahim on his one-year anniversary as Provost.

In a tenure marked by transformational shifts in institutional development, Prof. Ibrahim has etched his name in the annals of our history as a beacon of hope, integrity, and innovation.

Under his stewardship, the College has witnessed unprecedented growth in staff development, with a renewed focus on empowering the College’s workforce to reach new heights. His commitment to integrity has set a new standard for leadership, inspiring confidence and trust in the college and beyond.

The establishment of the Innovation Center under his stewardship has provided a platform for creativity and problem-solving, cementing our institution’s position as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Prof. Ibrahim’s crusade for fairness and equity has created a level playing field, where merit is the only currency that matters. His resourcefulness has unlocked new opportunities for growth, while his welfarist approach has endeared him to staff and students alike. The facelift given to the student union testifies to his commitment to student welfare and participatory governance.

I make bold to say: Through whatever lens one examines the one year spent so far in office by Prof. MK Ibrahim at the College, there will be just one conclusion: His era at Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, has been one of Growth and Glory!

As we celebrate this milestone, I look forward to many more years of transformative leadership, academic excellence, and institutional growth under Prof. MK Ibrahim’s guidance. I pray that he succeeds in his duties at the College and beyond.

Aledare, Jide Sunday, MASN.
Lecturer, Department of Agricultural Education,
Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa.
