WHY DR. FOLABORA BRYHM STANDS TALL: The Hero Ready to Lead Kogi Beyond Politics as Usual

By: M. Sani

In the ever-changing landscape of Nigerian politics, where partnerships shift and ambitions clash, one name stands out: Dr. Folabora Bryhm.

As discussions about leadership grow stronger in Kogi State, the real question shifts. It is no longer just about who can govern after leaders like Gov. Ibrahim Idris and Prince Abubakar Audu, known for their impact on infrastructure and welfare. The question now is: Will zoning continue to hold back our progress, or will merit and vision guide us forward?

The answer lies in Dr. Folabora Bryhm. He is a leader defined not by zonal divisions, but by his passion, commitment, consistency, courage, empathy, and, most importantly, action. Regardless of zoning, he deserves the support of the people.

What distinguishes him are not just his visible achievements, but also the qualities that create legends: courage and understanding. In a state often marked by ethnic divides and competition for resources, his bravery is not about confrontation but about the steady hand that mediates, reconciles, and unites. His understanding is deep, stemming from his engagement with the people, listening to their struggles, and turning their challenges into real solutions.

This unique mix has earned him what politics frequently overlooks: the strong loyalty of allies and, more significantly, the love and trust of the community.

Dr. Folabora comes from a zone that has played its role in Kogi’s leadership. However, Kogites cannot afford to overlook a leader with qualities that promise progress. As we approach the end of this political season, the choice is clear: it’s not about the zone, but about the person who can bring change for everyone.

The people of Kogi State—your voices are the votes that can free us from chains. Support Dr. Folabora. In him, passion meets purpose, and the hope for a brighter future is not just talk; it’s a reality.

The time for action is now.

Hon. M Sani writes from the Confluence City of Lokoja.
