You’re a pride to Kogi Central, Sen. Ohiare Lauds Sen. Ohere’s Quality Representation.

Sen. Mohammed .S. Ohiare, two time Senator of the Federal Republic, has described the early steps thus far taken by the Senator Representing Kogi Central, Sen. Abubakar Ohere as convincing of a quality legislator, maintained that thus far, he has proven to be a pride amongst Senators and to the people of Kogi Central.

Sen. Ohiare made the disclosure when he paid a visit to the current Senator Representing Kogi Central in his office today at the National Assembly, said without overstating the obvious, “You’re a right peg in a right hole, from your legislative exploits so far”.

Sen. Ohiare expressed appreciation that no day passes in the National Assembly without the well articulated submission and contribution made by Sen. Ohere through motions and contribution on the floor of the Senate, described the incumbent Senator as a pride to Kogi Central.

” Let me commend your quality representation thus far. I and well meaning citizens of Kogi Central are proud of you. We have followed all your motions and contributions.

” Your dogged determination in the reawakening of the Ajaokuta Steel Company would remain indelible. You’re a man with a midas touch, a goal getter in your previous endeavors. I have implicit confidence that you will succeed in making Ajaokuta Steel Company work under your representation ”

” Recently you also moved for the Federal Government to look into the devastating menace of erosion in the Central Senatorial District. This and many more of your contribution would let you know that we have been following your Representation”.

The Former Senator urged Sen. Ohere to sustain his efforts thus far, maintaining that the people of Kogi Central Senatorial District are all proud of him. Sen. Ohiare called on the people to commit themselves in prayer and support for the Senator to excel, described the incumbent Senator as very worthy to represent the people in this period of legislation.

In his remarks, Sen. Abubakar Ohere, Senator, Representing Kogi Central, thanked the former Senator who he described as a father, statesman, mentor for his kind words, assured not to let the people of Kogi Central Senatorial District down.

In his words, “I will strive not to fail my people who overwhelmingly voted me to represent them. I will do all for Ajaokuta to work, provide jobs and ensure that our people get the desired democracy dividends “, he concluded.
