1st Anniversary: GGPI distributes over 10,000 note books to Schools in Kogi

A Non-Governmental Organization
Global Green Pillar Initiative, (GGPI) has began the distribution of over 10,000 note books across the 21 Local Government Area of Kogi State.

It was gathered that it will be a one week program to celebrate the remarkable achievement of Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in his one year in office.

The group, whose efforts is to compliment the efforts of the Kogi State Government in improving the educational standard of the State is committed in providing relief materials for parents amidst the current economic challenges in the Country.

The Schools that will be benefiting from this laudable project are as follows.

KOGI CENTRAL
Okene, (LGEA Secondary School Upgoro,
LGEA Secondary School Agasa Ahache, Government Girls Secondary School Otutu,Okene, and Okengwe Community Secondary School Arigo).

Adavi,
Government Science Secondary School Ogaminana,
Egbira Community Secondary School Ogaminana,
Adavi Community Secondary School, Adavi-Eba.

Okehi:
Okehi Community Secondary School Oboroke Ihima,
Ihima Community Secondary School Ihima, Okehi LGA, Okehi Community Science Secondary School Eika.

Ogori Magongo: Community Comprehensive Secondary School Ogori,
Magongo Secondary School Magongo.

Ajaokuta:
Asco Staff Comprehensive Secondary School 1, Ajaokuta.

The distribution of the note books has began in Kogi West since Thursday 23rd January 2025.
