2027 Kogi Governorship Election: I will volunteer to be DG Campaign Council for Governor Ododo Usman Reelection Bill – Rt. Hon Leke Abejide
The member representing Yagba Federal Constituency and House Committee Chairman on Nigeria Customs and Excise, Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide has said that he will volunteer himself to be the Director General of Campaign Council for the reelection of Governor Usman Ododo in 2027, pointing out that he is not ready to contest the Governorship election with the incumbent.
The Alu community born politician disclosed this in a chat with Democracy Newsline Newspaper at the sideline of the well attended one year anniversary of Governor Usman Ododo held in Lokoja yesterday.
According to him, Governor Usman Ododo is doing well and has surpassed his expectations in terms of providing the right leadership and good governance for the people of the state, pointing out that what else does he want than what the man is currently doing.

He charged the people of the state to continue to support and cooperate with the administration to do more for the growth and progress of the state, and added that Governor Ododo is a good leader that means well for the people.
