Abuja Real Estate Boss, Esv. Olugbenga Rotimi Bags Community Development Award Aug 19
ABUJA — The Managing Director/CEO of FAL Global Ventures Limited, Esv. Olugbenga Collins Rotimi, has been selected to receive the ‘Community Development Service Award 2026’ at the 16th Public Lecture and Award Ceremony organized by Democracy Newsline Newspaper.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, 19th August, 2026 at the Banquet Hall, National Merit House, Maitama, Abuja. It will mark the 27th Anniversary of Uninterrupted Democracy in Nigeria.
According to the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of Democracy Newsline Newspaper, Chief Olugbemi Femi, the award recognizes Esv. Rotimi’s outstanding contributions to real estate development, job creation, affordable housing, and grassroots empowerment in the Kogi state, FCT and across Nigeria.

“Esv. Olugbenga Collins Rotimi has demonstrated exemplary leadership in business and community service,” Chief Femi said. “Through FAL Global Ventures, he has created opportunities, supported infrastructure, and mentored young professionals in the real estate sector.”
The theme of this year’s lecture is “Economic Reform, Democracy and Sustainable Development: The Nigerian Example.” The ceremony will also feature the Induction of distinguished Nigerians into the Good Governance Hall of Fame.
Other dignitaries expected include government officials, traditional rulers, captains of industry, and civil society leaders.
The organizers said the awards celebrate Nigerians whose leadership and service have advanced democracy, good governance, and sustainable development.
Esv. Rotimi is expected to deliver a goodwill message and will receive a plaque and citation in recognition of his contributions.
