The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor, Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo on Energy Matters and Chairman, Forum of Special Advisers to the Governor, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi Mnipr has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Alh Ali Bello on his birthday celebration.
