FG Donates 30000 60 leaves Exercise Books, 30 Synthetic White Board, and other writing materials to Senior Secondary Schools in Ijumu local govt

The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the National Senior Secondary Education Commission (NSSEC), has donated thirty thousand (30,000) customized sixty-leaf Exercise Books to the 21 senior secondary Schools in the Ijumu local government area of Kogi State.
This donation was made yesterday when the staff of the store department of the National Senior Secondary Education Commission (NSSEC), Shuaibu Ndah Lawrence and Abubakar Abdulkadir Bolakale
handed over the materials supplied by Mr Dadu John to the Principal of Baptist High School (BHS) Ekinrin-Adde, Comrade Ajibulu Frank Akinyele, who received them on behalf of the other schools in the area.
Mr Shuaibu Ndah Lawrence who spoke on behalf of the agency said the government has seen the need to bridge the gap hence the need to donate the learning materials to the public senior secondary schools in the local government area, stressing that it is expected all the materials donated are distributed to the students free of charge as that is mean purpose of the donations.
While appreciating the federal government and the facilitator of the donation, Comrade Frank Ajibulu commended Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, for his continuous effort of facilitating different programs and projects in the area, promised on behalf of his colleague’s principal to distribute the items donated accordingly.
The donation was facilitated by Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, House Committee Chairman on Finance, as part of his contributions to the overall development of senior school education in the country.
Other items donated include 30 synthetic whiteboards, 100 packs of biro, 100 bottles of pencil Erasers, 100 packs of pencils, 70 packs of whiteboard markers, and 25 species of Whiteboard cleaners.
