Former Kogi Speaker, Matthew Kolawole Congratulates, Kogi State Governor-Elect, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman on his emergence at the poll
Former speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Prince Matthew Kolawole has congratulated the Governor-Elect, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman on his victory at the just concluded Governorship election in Kogi state.
In a message he signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, he described Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman with required capacity to lead the state on the path of progress.
He said though he is not surprised with the outcome of the election considering the monumental efforts of campaign in all nooks and crannies of the state, noted that from his remarks yesterday immediately after he was declared the winner by the INEC Returning Officer, it is clear that he is a man who is ready to govern the state with the fear of God.

He said his singular act of calling on his co-contestants to work with him in moving the state forward, is a rare demonstration of someone who is a genuine leader who believe inclusivity in managing the affairs of the state.
He also used the medium to congratulates Governor Yahaya Bello for his doggedness, determination and commitment that go a long way to achieve the overwhelming victory at the poll, called on the people of the state to continue to give their maximum support and cooperation to the incoming administration to achieve great things for the state.
