HEARTY FELICITATIONS FROM KOGI POLY RECTOR TO THE MAIGARI OF LOKOJA ON HIS REMARKABLE FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY ON THE THRONE
The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, heartily congratulates His Royal Majesty, the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV, on a remarkable first year anniversary on the throne.
Professor Usman said that since ascending to the throne of his forebears, the chiefdom has witnessed an unprecedented level of peace, prosperity and progress.
“Since your ascension, you have, through words and deeds, shown that you are indeed a father committed to the growth and prosperity of Lokoja, Kogi State and Nigeria at large” He said.
He added that despite the security challenges facing the nation, Lokoja chiefdom has remained peaceful and harmonious.
He noted that the level of peace enjoyed has facilitated the much-needed township expansion, thereby opening up opportunities for wealth creation and economic empowerment.
Professor Usman appreciated the exemplary leadership style of the monarch, describing it as a source of inspiration to the youth who aspire to be leaders in the future.
He prayed Almighty Allah in his infinite mercy to grant him long life to continue to rule Lokoja chiefdom to a more enviable height to the benefit of all.
