High Chief (Hon) Fidelis O. Bello (the Obawakun of Oweland and the Head of Ijemu Odo Royal Family), on behalf of myself and the entire Ijemu Odo Royal Family Extends Deepest Condolences to the Obaro of Kabba over the demise of our wife, Olori Maria Ige Owoniyi

The Ijemu Odo Royal Family, Odolu Kabba, has expressed profound sadness and heartfelt sympathy to our father, the Obaro of Kabba, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, following the passing of our beloved wife, Olori Maria Ige Owoniyi whose death occurred yesterday after a brief illness.

In a message signed by Chief Fidelis O. Bello on behalf of Ijemu Odo Royal Family and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, described her untimely demise as devastating and painful.

The loss of Olori Maria Owoniyi has sent shockwaves through the community, and the Royal Family shared in the grief of her shocking and untimely death at a critical time that her words of wisdom, knowledge and encouragement will be needed most.

Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, as a son of the Ijemu Royal Family of Odolu Kabba, has long been a figure of strength and leadership, pointed out that her departure at this point leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who knew her.

Olori Maria, whose legacy of grace and compassion touched many lives, will be remembered with deep respect and affection, stressing that her contributions to the community is greatly acknowledged.

The Ijemu Odo Royal Family extends its sincerest condolences to the Obaro and the entire Owoniyi family. We stand with them in mourning and offer our unwavering prayers and support in this time of sorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Obaro, his family, and all those whose lives were touched by Olori Maria.

We ask for divine strength, comfort, and healing for the Owoniyi family as they navigate this immense loss. May the soul of Olori Maria Ige Owoniyi rest in peace.
