In a significant and symbolic gesture of loyalty and unity, the Member-Elect for Ghari/Tsanyawa State Constituency in the Kano State House of Assembly, Hon. Garba Yau Gwarmai, alongside a delegation of committed stakeholders and party faithful from his constituency, today visited the Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, at his residence in Kano, to formally present the official result of the recently concluded by-election held yesterday.
The Deputy Senate President warmly received Hon. Gwarmai and his team, congratulating him on his resounding victory at the polls under the banner of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC). He described the victory as a testament to the unwavering trust, confidence, and support the people of Ghari/Tsanyawa have in the leadership and ideals of the APC.
Senator Barau Jibrin commended Hon. Gwarmai for his steadfastness, grassroots connection, and loyalty to the party, urging him to uphold the mandate given to him by his constituents through dedicated service, legislative excellence, and unflinching commitment to the development of the constituency. He emphasized that the victory was not only personal but a collective success of the APC family in Kano State.
The Deputy Senate President also paid glowing tribute to the tireless efforts of party leaders, members, and supporters across the constituency who worked round the clock to ensure this important electoral victory.
