Alhaji Ibrahim Idris @77, Stronger , Younger, Hale, Hearty

The former governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Ibrahim idris CON,Jakadan Sokoto is 77 years today, Monday, the 6th of April, 2026.
Idris , a business conglomerate and tycoon with interest spread across Nigeria and the diaspora was born in Idah Kogi state.

The former governor who returned to Nigeria before the Salah celebration in March hosted large family members, friends and well wishers to mark this years Eid fitr celebration.
Though , in his character of celebrating annual festivals, the former Kogi Governor who ruled for nine years uniquely and roundly was celebrated after his return from the United States for a routine business trip and routine check up .
Hale , hearty, stronger and more younger , the former governor exchanged banters with associates, staff, friends, well wishers and visitors from all walks of life that coincided with the celebration of his first set of twins, Imaan and Ikram, with Ibrahim and Ilhan who clocked six years in 2026.
Popularly known as Ibro , a lover of people, business tycoon, hotelier and political kingmaker received people in his residence at Asokoro in Abuja.
Known for his philanthropy and charity, the former Kogi Governor celebrated with his usual disabled ones who came both from far and near and even in Lokoja , Kogi state.
Idris also gave opportunity and privileges to the less privileged in the society, beggers and widows from far and near to celebrate a life well spent.
The former Kogi Governor who was out of the country for the better part of 2025 , went on a business sojourn, retreat and routine check up that was almost misinterpreted by the naysayers .
During the annual Eid fitr celebration, the revered wife, Her Excellency, Hajiya Aisha Ibrahim idris danced to the rendition of the traditional beating to mark the occasion and triumphant return to Nigeria of her dear husband, along with her double twins including the Junior Ibrahim idris and her sister Ilhan, who clocked six years .
She thanked visitors and well wishers on behalf of her dear husband and children for their visits and celebration.
Highlights of the occasion included group and family pictures by the former Kogi Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim idris with his family members , friends and others .
Dignataries and the less privileged in the society were treated to sumptuous meal during the celebration without discrimination as beggars hold sway at the occasion.
As you clocked 77 years on earth , we prayed for more years in good health, celebration and happiness.
