Kogi ALGON Chairman Felicitates with Muslims Ummah at Eid-El-Kabir
The Executive Chairman of Ijumu Local Government and Chairman ALGON Kogi State, Hon. Taufiq Isa has felicitated with Muslims Ummah on the occasion of Eid-El-Kabir.
In a message released by the Executive Chairman from the Holy Land,Saudi Arabia,The Executive Chairman urged Ijumu citizens to remain peaceful and no one is to take law into his/her hand.

Hon. Taufiq Isa charged Muslim faithfuls as they mark the 2023 Eid-El-Kabir celebration to emulate Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son for mankind.
“On Eid-El-Kabir, we honor Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son. This must teach us that we must all sacrifice for Ijumu greatness.
“Without self sacrifice, we will never see the Iand of our dreams and will always think ‘what about me’ instead of ‘what about Ijumu’. Let us imbibe Prophet Ibrahim’s ideals and put Ijumu first in all we do. I salute the Muslim Ummah this Sallah. Happy Eid Kabir.
He also urged Muslim brothers and sisters at home who are utilising this period to get closer to Allah to remember to pray for our country home, Ijumu. He prayed to Almighty Allah to heal our Kingdom and bless all the citizens and residents of Ijumu Local Government.
