Trusted Third Phase Authority Issues Warning To Ndiomu, AKPOR, & Other Influential Figures Within PAP Against Participating In Fraudulent Activities.

A Group under the aegis of Genuine Leaders of Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Progranmme (PAP) has called on General Barry Ndiomu ( rtd), Major Marshall Akpor ( rtd), the Chief Security Officer ( CSO), acolytes and other fellow power brokers of the Presidential Amnesty Progranmme (PAP) to retrace their steps and eschew every unholy act of rackeering which has thrown so much spanners to the goodwill of the Federal Government towards the smooth running of the Progranmme.

Speaking on behalf of the Genuine Phase 3 Leaders from Delta, Edo and Ondo States, Hon Birinumughan Jesse aka Gen 90 vehemently cautioned Major Gen. Barry Ndiomu (rtd.), his cohort, Major Marshal Akpor , the Chief Security Officer, who also doubles as the Special Adviser on Security to the Interim Administrator of (PAP), as well as other power brokers to retrace their footsteps and refrain from throwing spanners into the well-coordinated leadership of PAP Phase 3 under the leadership of Gen. Tonye Bobo.
A press statement signed by Ex Warlord, Hon Brinimughan Jesse aka General 90 a National Leader of Delta State extraction, made available to the media reads in part:”We the Genuine Leaders of Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Progranmme (PAP), Delta, Edo and Ondo States hereby reject in strong terms the hate speech of Major Gen. Barry Tare Ndiomu (rtd.), over the uncanny comments of his protégé ,Major Marshall Akpor Who out of over zealousness stated that “Bayelsa State has the exclusive right to the National leadership of Third Phase”even though many Bayelsans who are people of integrity faulted that cheap lie from the pit of hell.”
The Group in their statement disclosed that the leadership of the PAP Third Phase collectively agreed to a rotational power sharing system, which affirmed that after the tenure of Tonye Bobo power will shift to Delta or any other State which is part of the Progranmme.
The statement added: “What we are expecting now is the national convention where Tonye Bobo will formally handover the mantle of leadership to someone in any of the States mentioned above.
The statement which sheds more light on the shoddy and shady deals of Barry Ndiomu pointed out; “We are making it clear that only Mr. Tonye Bobo can handover power to the new Executive of Third Phase which has to come from Delta or any of the aforementioned States, but certainly not Bayelsa State.
The Group further explained: “What is happening is that there is a clandestine deal of multiple account and BVN racketeering in the Amnesty office which apparently revealed that the interim Administrator Gen. Barry Ndiomu (rtd) and his CSO, Major Marshall Akpor are the brain behind the dubious rackets.
They continued : “ Major Gen Barry Ndiomu (rtd.), sent his CSO Major Marshall Akpor to negotiate with the Ex-Agitators who are the original owners of the Amnesty slots and arranged things in such a way that the owners of the slots have to forfeit half of their slots to the Ndiomu cabals before the owner of such slots can benefit from the bulk payment system, while those Ex-Agitators who refused to be part of that nurtunal, secret and illicit deal have to suffer as they got nothing because they could not meet the demands of the Ndiomu brokers.”
According to the press release, those with one or two slots who have no slots to grease the palm of Ndiomu’s men suffered it also, as they got nothing from the jumbo packages that went to the loyal boys of Barry Ndiom .
Hon. Birinumughan Jesse, aka Gen. 90, a critical and indispensable National Leader, Third Phase, who hails from Delta State also used the medium and opportunity to call on the Co-operative Management Committee to as a matter of urgency, attend to beneficiaries of Delta State origin who are suffering
untold hardship occasioned by the depleting economy, to enable them make meaning out of their lives.
Moving forward the Group explained: ” While waiting for those that have only one or two slots the power brokers using the instruments of executive fiat seized their slots without any cogent reason and nothing has heen done to upturn that unholy agenda uptill this monent of going to press.
They lamented further saying : ” With all these faults, Ndiomu is clearly seeking to hide under the leadership of the Third Phase to pick his loyal boys who are not genuine Leaders of Third phase to run the Affairs of Third phase , but we assert unequivocally that it is totally unimaginable and unacceptable .”
Harping on that hard line position over the matter, the highly agitated
Ex – Warlords declared in their press release saying : ” We call on ljaw National Congress INC, Ijaw Elders Forum, lEF to caution and imnediately call the expertraite Ndiomu Who calls himself Ijaw man to order before things will get out of hand .
They noted: ” Because of Ndiomu ‘s
bad intentions towards the Amnesty Programme, he is looking
for every means to set confussion
and scatter the Programme thereby jeopardizing the laudable
intentions of the Federal Government on the altar of his greedy ego.
ln summation, Hon Birinumugham Jesse aka General 90 The National Leader ,Third Phase Delta State also seized the opportunity to call on the Co-operative Management Committee to urgently attend to Deltans Who are tottering under the effect of the dwindling economy so that they canm make meaning out of their life.
Carefull observations from credible and dependable sources reveals clearly through the partially tranparent veil that all is not well with the Presidential Amnesty Progranmme under the Leadership of Gen Barry Ndiom ( rtd) .
Available imfornation on ground from various quarters indicates there are pockets of potential conflicts of interest and corrupt practices bordering on executive rascalism and fiscal recklessnes as the federal government continues in her efforts to move ahead with the PAP program implementation .
Without mixing words, stakeholders across board are not happy with the output of what is coming out
of the Amnesty office, which is clearly not in sync with the renewedh ope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
