This might not mean much to those who are caught up in pride, but it truly resonates with me. After spending over a decade in the financial industry, I understand the significance of someone who has been a top management team member of a commercial bank and now leads a successful international Micro Finance Bank taking the time to apologize and suggest alternatives.
