Ajaokuta Reps Member promises effective representation of his constituency

Hon. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem, the dedicated member representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, was determined to make a lasting impact on his constituents.

According to him, from the moment he assumed office, he had made it his mission to provide critical infrastructure and empowerment programs for the women and youth in his community, adding that his commitment to their welfare and development was unwavering.

During the 2025 Press Week celebration of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Kogi council in Lokoja, Hon. Abdulraheem reiterated his promise to continue working tirelessly for the benefit of his constituents.

He recognized the vital role that journalists played in deepening and accelerating the growth of democracy in Nigeria and commended the NUJ for their dedication to the profession.

Represented by Alhaji Ali Atabor at the event, Hon. Abdulraheem expressed his intention to collaborate closely with the Union to ensure the welfare of its members.

Speaking further, he said he understood perfectly , the importance of the press in advancing democracy and pledged to support their efforts in any way he could.

Hon Abdulraheem stressed that the acknowledgment and award given to him by the NUJ was a humbling experience for him and a call to do more.

According to him, he saw the award as a validation of his hard work and a reminder of the trust that had been placed in him by the Union and his constituents.

He noted that this recognition has further fueled his determination to do even more for the people he represented.

As he spoke to the members of the NUJ, Hon. Abdulraheem promised to make his presence felt in the press center and to work hand in hand with journalists to achieve their common goals.

He assured them that he would not disappoint or betray the confidence they had placed in him.

With a renewed sense of purpose and a deep commitment to serving his constituents, Hon. Abdulraheem noted that he is leaving the Press Week celebration with a sense of pride and determination.

He maintained that he is ready and determined to face the challenges ahead and to continue fighting for the betterment of Ajaokuta Federal Constituency.

In addition, Hon Abdulraheem stressed that the support and recognition from the NUJ has inspired him to redouble his efforts and to make a real difference in the lives of those he is representing.
