Okpoye Okubo Spencer, the Commissioner representing the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality on the Board of DESOPADEC, expressed his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff O.F. Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, for the unwavering support and the opportunity given to him to serve in his administration.
Hon. Okubo Spencer expressed his sincere gratitude, stating, “I genuinely appreciate the exceptional support you provided regarding my appointment as Commissioner, representing the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality on the Board of DESOPADEC, prior to your swearing-in as the governor of our beloved state.”
