Kogi Obidient Movement Felicitates with Nigerians at 65th Independence Anniversary

The Kogi State chapter of the Obidient Movement has joined millions of Nigerians in commemorating the nation’s 65th Independence Anniversary, calling for unity, love, and collective resolve to overcome present challenges.

In a statement signed by the Movement’s spokesperson, Idakwo Emmanuel, on behalf of the State Coordinator, Hon. Ola Samuel, the anniversary was described as a “wonderful and solemn reminder of the collective duty every thoughtful Nigerian owes to the task of nation-building.”

Hon. Samuel urged citizens to remain steadfast in promoting unity, peace, and patriotism, stressing that only through collective strength can Nigerians defeat insecurity and banditry.

“Let us come together in love, unity, and joy, using our collective strength to overcome the security and banditry challenges confronting us. Together, we can build a new Nigeria for both the present and future generations,” he said.

The statement further invoked divine protection and blessings for the country: “May the Almighty God protect, preserve, and bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”

The Obidient Movement also extended warm felicitations to Nigerians and its members worldwide on the historic occasion.

“Happy 65th Independence Anniversary to all Nigerians and members of the Obidient family across the globe,” the statement added.
